Once a booking request is received, the invoice will contain the full and final quoted amount payable

Important Notes -

Allow 7 working days for all bookings to be processed before the romantic picnic date

Availability of romantic picnic venues will be confirmed once a booking request is received

Surcharges may apply during the Valentine and peak seasons as well as on customized days and/or times that falls outside the allowed times of the venues

No romantic picnic venue names will be provided before a booking is confirmed

A 20% surcharge will be applied should the romantic picnic not be booked and payment received 7 working days in advance

The Chauffeured vehicles are quoted for 1 hour and include 150 kms
