Riverrafting - Johannesburg Price: R600 per person Location: Johannesburg     The Vaal is generally a safe river with rapids graded 1-3 (1 easy) and the river is quite shallow and a paddle-yourself 2-seater crocodile inflatable is used. At the venue a safety briefing is done, provide all equipment including life jackets and helmets. You are accompanied by the experienced and qualified river guides. Bring your own refreshments but no alcoholic drinks are allowed before or during the trip. Dress in light clothing with sandals or tekkies that can get wet. Its advisable to wear a peak cap underneath your helmet. Action photos are shot by the venue and its available later. Vehicles are left at the end point and you are shuttled to the begin point. This experience will take about 2.5 hours. Damages to the boats will be for your own account.

Riverrafting - Sabie Price: R460 per person Location: Sabie, Mpumalanga     The Sabie River provides 20 rapids (grade 2–3) with areas of scenic vegetation and outstanding wildlife viewing.  This 8 km route is yielding to the novice, yet accommodating to the thrill seeker within all of us.  Swimming, bum sliding and wave surfing with a boogie board at “Lions rock”.  Full Day – 4 hours, picnic lunch along the scenic riverbanks. (Year round depending on water levels. Full day not during peak seasons.)
